Process and Eligibility Requirements For Achieving PMP®
To achieve the coveted Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, a person needs to fulfill the eligibility requirements, and submit an application for approval by the Project Management Institute (PMI). With in one year of application approval by the PMI, the candidate shall appear for the on-line PMP certification exam at a conveniently located prometric centre. Subject to qualifying the on-line examination, the PMI will issue the PMP certification to the candidate as well as the person's name is registered in the on-line PMP Registry.

High school diploma/global equivalent with 05 years verified experience of project management
OR
Bachelors degree/global equivalent with 03 years verified experience of project management
Training Requirement
Thirty Five (35) hours duration project management training course
About PMP
ExaminationFour hours duration on-line examination comprising 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Exam Fees
PMP examination fee is US$405 for PMI members; US$555 for non-members
Note: PMI membership fee is US$129; and annual membership renewal fee is US$119
Credential Cycle
During every 03 years cycle, a certified PMP must acquire 60 training PDUs
