2. ASQ Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence (ASQ-CMQ/OE®) Training
A certified ASQ-CMQ/OE analyzes financial situations, identifies & evaluates risks, and employs knowledge management tools/techniques to resolve the organizational challenges and champion strategic process improvements - everywhere from small businesses to multinational corporations. A certified ASQ-CMQ/OE is able to lead and manage cross-functional teams for:
§ Managing programs/projects, to deliver strategic planning & deployment initiatives
§ Establishing and monitoring customer/supplier relations during product development initiatives
§ Establishing performance measurement systems to enhance organizational capability maturity level
Achieving the ASQ-CMQ/OE® designation is a hallmark for the seasoned quality management professionals. To appear for this certification examination, you shall have 10 years experience in one or more areas of the Body Of Knowledge (BoK) for ASQ-CMQ/OE; and a minimum of 05 years experience must be in a decision-making position.
